1.   Delivery :

• Delivery:   Instantly after the order
      or after the reception of your payment on our account.
  
  
• If the products are not in stock:
      (e.g. manufactured or assembled on demand, new models,
      direct delivery by the manufacturer,...),
      exeptionally there may be a delay of 7 - 10 workingdays.

2.   Shipping fees:

2.a) Shipping fees are based on weight :

• You will find the shipping fee in your shopping cart.
• Starting at 3.00 €, depending on the weight;
• Free shipping within Germany for orders over 50.00 €
  
  
• For larger products - for example furniture, bicycles -
      Shipping fees will be specified on request
      - or are specified in the description.

2.b) Cash on delivery:   (only possible for Gemany and Austria)

• If you want to pay by cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of 8.00 €.

2.c) ''Electronic'' delivery is free of charge (all countries)

    Always free of shipping fees (for orders from any country).
    Examples:   Paymemt for electronic books, downloaded software etc..

2.d) Customs, duties, taxes (for countries outside of the European Union)

• No extra charges within the European Union.
• Orders from outside the EU (also Switzerland):
  Customs and taxes are to be paid by the buyer.

3.   Payment

3.a) You can pay by:

• PAYPAL (accountholder&apss eMail: service@arsenio.de)
• Banking transfer, paid in advance before delivery
      (in general that is reasonable within the EU only)
• Germany, Austria only: cash on delivery (plus 8.00 €).
  
  
• Or contact us for other methods.

3.b) Banking account:

• You will get the required information during the handling of your order.
• Money transfers are easy with the EU payment system.
• From outside of the EU, the PAYPAL payment method mostly better fits.

4.   Information how products can be returned.

• The rules vary from country to country. If two countries are involved for a delivery, complicated legal problems may occur.
• In reality, the problem is very limited if the products are correctly described and if the intentions of the reseller and the purchaser are fair and correct.
• Before returning goods, please send a mail to info@arsenio.de for getting a return authorisation.
